Payment
After we have processed your registration you will receive a confirmation and an invoice by email.
All registrations/orders are processed manually and can take 1-3 business days.
Please do not pay until you have received your confirmation and invoice!
When your invoice is sent out payment is due no later than 14 days after. Due date is written on your invoice. Make sure to write your invoice number and name on your payment.

International bank transactions will be subject to a NOK 50,- handling fee if you choose bank transfer.
You must choose all transfer costs to your account - no shared bank costs. If this is not done the festival will not receive the full amount and you must pay the missing transacion fees upon arrival.

Please be advised that if you choose to pay via PayPal an additional 5% will be added to your invoice due fees and exchange rates.
You will not receive payment confirmation, but if your payment is missing we will reach out.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
GENERAL CANCELLATION TERMS
- You can cancel free of charge within 48 hours after registering, if you register prior to 01.04.2024.
- Cancellations made after 01.04.2024 must be done within 24 hours after the registration was submitted.
- A written cancellation must be sent by email within the given deadline in order to be valid.
- Timestamp on the email is considered time of cancellation.
- When cancelling later than the above mentioned timeframe, the entire fee is due.
In case of unforeseen illness or injury:
- a written confirmation from a medical doctor is mandatory.
- The participant must provide the organiser with documentation prior to the festival starts.
- Cancellations after the festival are not accepted in any case.
- In case of cancelleation due to unforeseen illness or injury a cancellation fee of €100 applies.
- Showtickets are non-refundable.
We recommend a travel insurance for covering possible cancellation fees. Check with your company for terms.
If a participant cannot participate workshops and show tickets can be sold privately.
The festival pass can only be sold as one entity and cannot be sold in parts to more than one person.
When selling purchased workshops and/or showtickets privately please notify us by email with the name of the new participant/ticketholder.
In case there is a waitlist we might be of assistance in helping you sell your festivalpass/tickets.
